This system, the Professional Development Tracker, gives training administrators unparalleled ability to create and implement individual or group
training plans for their organization.
The process begins by developing one or more career training "tracks".
Each track is made up of one or more programs that the student must complete to move to the next level of training. Track variables include:
1. The number and types of courses
2. Time limits for track completion
3. Pre- and post-requisite courses
4. Course "value" in CE credits
5. Auto-triggers upon track completion or failure
6. Certification Management
Once a training track is developed and entered into the LMS, administrators can assign students to the track individually, or in groups.
Tracks can also be assigned automatically based on a student’s registration information.
Training tracks can run concurrently or consecutively, with a new track automatically starting when the current track is completed.
This tool controls the entire training process and captures all the necessary data about a student or employee’s training record over time.
