No Software or Hardware Required - Diversys uses a secure ASP framework to deliver and manage e-learning
initiatives for our clients. This means that you will never need to purchase any hardware or software while using your VLP.
Our clients’ learning portals are hosted and maintained in our state-of-the-art n+1 tier datacenter. We utilize and maintain
the latest security technologies, which include but are not limited to: firewalls, anti-virus gateways, web application firewalls,
and intrusion prevention technologies. To protect the data during transmission, our Virtual Learning Portal utilizes a 128-bit
encrypted SSL certificate. In addition to security, our systems were designed with scalability and redundancy to ensure our
systems are available to our clients. Students can access the portal via any internet connection no intranets or VPN connections
are necessary. The only requirements are an internet connection and a browser.
Modular Functionality - Each VLP comes standard with hundreds of powerful LMS functions and offers the
flexibility of a modular framework, which means we can design your portal EXACTLY how you want. With our learning solutions,
you only pay for the services and functions you need.
Scalability - We host the learning portal in our n+1 tier datacenter which allows your VLP to grow with your company.
Whether you have 10 students or 100,000, our network expands to meet your changing needs.
Availability - Each VLP is internet-ready. Students can access the learning portal from any internet connection. No special software or hardware is required. All they need is an Internet connection and a standard Internet browser.
Compliance Management - Each VLP is designed to manage all types of training, including mission-critical
compliance training that requires student assessments and tracking. Other compliance training features include:
- Certification tracking
- Certification time period management with date stamping
- Automatic renewal reminders
- Linear course flow to guarantee content delivery
Reporting Center - Training administrators have 24 x 7 web access to all student and training data via
the Reporting Center, that comes standard with VLPs. There are over 30 standard canned reports available, or you can create thousands of
variations with our advanced reporting tool. You can also, setup dashboard like views to get immediate access to key information.
Multi-level User Management - Each VLP offers a unique multi-level hierarchy permission structure for training administrators.
E-Commerce - Each VLP also comes pre-loaded with complete e-commerce functionality. Our e-commerce system will
accept a variety of billing models, including credit card processing, monthly billed corporate accounts, and pre-paid access codes.
This is important if your organization bills business units to use the portal, or if you are an association
that wishes to charge your members for access to the training programs. Of course, if you do not need e-commerce, Diversys can
easily eliminate that function from your VLP.
Secure User Registration - Each VLP resides behind 128-bit encrypted SSL-certificate technology. Our datacenter
uses the latest in firewall and intrusion prevention systems which ensure data integrity. Each user creates his/her unique
training account that is username and password protected. We do not share student information with third parties. See our privacy

White label branding - Each training portal is designed to have the look and feel of your website.
Additionally, your organization’s VLP name and URL can be customized so that students see only your brand identity.
